Sono andata ad un paio di cene a tema, l'ultima delle quali per festeggiare Independence Day all'americana e ho assaggiato il loro fenomenale Pastrami sandwich!! SE NON LO AVETE ANCORA PROVATO, FATELO!!! In più, il locale è curato nei minimi dettagli. Katiuscia e la sua famiglia sono molto premurosi e proprio attenti al cliente. Continuerò a tornarci!
I went to a couple of themed dinners, the last one to celebrate American Independence Day and I tasted their phenomenal Pastrami sandwich !! IF YOU HAVE NOT YET TESTED IT, DO IT !!! In addition, the restaurant is studied in detail. Katiuscia and her family are very attentive and very customer focused. I will continue to come back!

Complimenti ai nuovi gestori, Massimo e Silvia Un menu che accontenta tutti: dal pastrami ( panino di carne senape e cetrioli, unici in Valsugana a preparare questo piatto ) alle pietanze vegane! Nachdem wir im B&B Der kleine Prinz eincheckten, bekamen wir hier unseren Begrüßungsdrink. Das war ein toller Einstand. Um dann wollten wir in der Corona-Krise lieber diese kleine Bar unterstützen und blieben zum Abendessen. Äußerst empfehlenswert ist das Pastrami Sandwich. Wir ließen uns dazu Wein auf Empfehlung des Hauses servieren, der auch sehr gut war. Am nächsten Morgen frühstückten wir auch dort. Alles wirklich gut und mit sehr viel Liebe. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Wein, der am Abend für 0,4 Liter lediglich 6 € kostete, wurde über Nacht ein Exklusivgetränk. Die 0,7 Liter Flasche kostete dann 20 € - schade. Nichts desto trotz war alles super und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch hier einen ❤️lichen Dank an alle.
After we checked in at the B&B The Little Prince, we got our welcome drink here. It was a great debut. Then we wanted to support this little bar in the Corona crisis and stayed for dinner. The pastrami sandwich is highly recommended. We had wine served on the recommendation of the house, which was also very good. The next morning we also had breakfast there. Everything really good and with a lot of love. The only downside: the wine, which only cost € 6 in the evening for 0.4 liters, became an exclusive drink overnight. The 0.7 liter bottle then cost € 20 - too bad. Nevertheless, everything was great and we felt very, very comfortable. Thanks again to everyone.

Non avevo alcun dubbio sull'eccellenza del locale, dello staff e delle pietanze dato che conosco la maestria di Katiuscia, Stefano & Co. nel rendere speciale ogni attività che intraprendono! Condivido la scelta di avere pochi coperti e materie prime a km zero per piatti preparati all'istante in quanto la cucina è un'arte e come tale deve essere seguita passo dopo passo! Accoglienza come sempre da amici secolari più che da semplici clienti in un locale arredato con il cuore da Katiuscia, che lascia il suo segno personale in ogni dettaglio (meraviglioso il piccolo foliage sul tavolo!) con un menù ricercato composto da pietanze semplici, raffinate e gustose che trasmettono il calore della famiglia del 3nto e del B&B Il Piccolo Principe; tra le pietanze proposte abbiamo scelto deliziosi crostoni con lardo trentino, formaggio barricato al fieno e salsa di sambuco ed 1 ottimo tagliere di formaggi e salumi tipici locali per iniziare, poi trota fresca profumata alle erbe del loro orto, Straeca ai ferri con polenta alla griglia e fagioli, Tartare di manzo con salsa al sambuco e pere (una vera goduria dei sensi!Ne avrei mangiate altre 10 uguali!) ed un assaggio di radicchio rosso alla piastra offerto da Stefano, mitico cuoco che rende ogni piatto un successo! Non abbiamo preso i dolci in quanto eravamo già sazi ma mi sono fatta preparare un meraviglioso orzo in tazza grande con una superba schiuma di latte! Complimenti ed applausi sinceri a tutti voi ragazzi perché riuscite a gestire in maniera impeccabile il Ristorante con creatività e passione assieme a tutte le altre attività a cui dedicate la vostra vita! Siete un esempio da seguire per chiunque!
I had no doubt about the excellence of the restaurant, the staff and the dishes since I know the skill of Katiuscia, Stefano & Co. in making every activity they undertake special! I agree with the choice of having few covers and zero-kilometer raw materials for dishes prepared instantly as cooking is an art and as such must be followed step by step! Welcome as always by secular friends rather than simple customers in a room furnished with the heart of Katiuscia, which leaves its personal mark in every detail (wonderful the small foliage on the table!) With a refined menu consisting of simple, refined and tasty dishes that transmit the warmth of the 3nto family and the B&B Il Piccolo Principe; among the dishes we have chosen delicious crostoni with Trentino lard, barricated cheese with hay and elderberry sauce and 1 excellent platter of cheeses and typical local salami to start, then fresh trout flavored with herbs from their garden, grilled straeca with grilled polenta and beans, Beef tartare with elderberry and pear sauce (a real pleasure of the senses! I would have eaten another 10 equal!) and a taste of grilled red radicchio offered by Stefano, the legendary chef who makes every dish a success! We did not take the desserts as we were already full but I made myself prepare a wonderful barley in a large cup with a superb milk foam! Congratulations and sincere applause to all of you guys because you can manage the restaurant flawlessly with creativity and passion together with all the other activities to which you dedicate your life! You are an example for anyone to follow!

Great restaurant. The owner is very friendly and cordial, feel at home. I were here to enjoy a delicious dinner and breakfast. Thanks to Danilo & Kati! I really had a good time here. For sure, I will visit again if I have a chance.
