Il cameriere grazioso nei modi e cordiale deve essere più preparato sul menù. Ottima la cucina. 4 stars, because despite a good list of champenoise method bubbles, they are lost in the little things, you cannot not have 1 glass of white, passito or moscato wine available. Vitello tonnato alla vecchia maniera senza maionese molto buono , il primo (agnolotti) nella media e il filetto di maiale buono. L' unica stonatura a mio parere è il nome del locale " Babette " , con una distilleria storica in casa avrei visto un abbinamento diverso, ma non sono io il proprietario... This restaurant at the foot of the hill between Cella Monte and Rosignano is a must for a Monferrato gastronomic tour, excellent wines, seasonal dishes, the staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and the menu does not disappoint, the price is in line with the proposed quality. N.B. per quanto mi riguarda, gli agnolotti al sugo l'arrosto (assaggiati da un commensale) sono deliziosi! Ambiente ben curato, personale attento e presente. Esperienza da ripetere! Locale delizioso con diverse sale di varie dimensioni, ben arredato e molto accogliente. Ottimi piatti, ben preparati e ben presentati, ottimo anche il Grignolino annata 2020 del vicino Castello di Uviglie scelto per l'occasione. Personale giovane, dinamico, preparato ed attento al cliente, che fa aggiudicare la quinta stella. Amici pelosetti ben accetti all'interno del locale. Da tornarci sicuramente. Consigliatissimo. We came across this unknown restaurant a bit by chance, because others were already full, on the occasion of the visit to Cella Monte, a UNESCO heritage site, for the white truffle festival and chance worked in our favor. Delightful place with several rooms of various sizes, well furnished and very welcoming. Excellent dishes, well prepared and well presented, also excellent the 2020 vintage Grignolino from the nearby Castello di U Crockery chosen for the occasion. Siamo arrivati purtroppo quando il locale era chiuso ma ci hanno servito comunque senza far mancare nulla al servizio. Locale arredato con cura e molto pulito. Il cibo è stato davvero buono, il flan di zucca era ottimo, come gli agnolotti della casa che sono assolutamente da provare. Prezzi davvero onesti e porzioni abbondanti. Ottima scelta per mangiare dopo aver visitato il vicino borgo. Consigliato. Excellent restaurant located in Rosignano Monferrato. Unfortunately we arrived when the place was closed but they served us anyway without missing anything from the service. Room furnished with care and very clean. The food was really good, the pumpkin flan was great, as were the house agnolotti which are a must try. Really fair prices and generous portions. Excellent choice for eating after visiting the nearby village. Recommended.
