Osservando dall'esterno, ho notato che edificio è carino, ma non è in ottime condizioni. Ho visto tanti castelli, e ci sono molto più belli di questo. Molto bello il panorama. Se siete in zona, potete visitarlo. When I was returning from Cella Monte, I decided to visit this castle. I found it closed, because the guided tours only take place on weekends. Looking from the outside, I noticed that the building is nice, but it is not in very good condition. I have seen so many castles, and there are much more beautiful than this one. The view is very beautiful. If you are in the area, you can visit it.

Nato come roccaforte nel XIII secolo ha poi subito continui interventi e ristrutturazioni fino ad assumere nel corso del diciannovesimo l'aspetto di suntuosa residenza nobiliare. Attualmente è di proprietà di una società che oltre a produrre vini lo utilizza come b&b e location per cerimonie ed eventi. Oltre gli interni del corpo nobiliare dell'edificio sono molto interessanti i sotterranei che da sempre fungono da cantine e che conservano ancora migliaia di bottiglie dei secoli passati. Un bellissimo fine settimana. The castle of Ualti stands on a hill surrounded by greenery in front of the town of Rosignano Monferrato. Born as a stronghold in the thirteenth century, it then underwent continuous interventions and renovations until it took on the appearance of a sumptuous noble residence during the nineteenth century. It is currently owned by a company that in addition to producing wines uses it as a b & b and location for ceremonies and events. In addition to the interiors of the noble body of the building, the basements which have always served as cellars and which still retain thousands of bottles from past centuries are very interesting. A beautiful weekend.

Per sapere le giornate di apertura occorre consultare il sito Castelli Aperti e poi prenotate la visita telefonicamente. Il biglietto intero costa 6€. Fantastic castle, with a very ancient history. The park that surrounds it is beautiful. The guide who accompanied us on the visit was very kind and knowledgeable. To find out the opening days, consult the Castelli Aperti website and then book the visit by phone. The full ticket costs € 6.

Amazing place and wonderful welcome with great winesWine tasting and cellar tour: we (10 guests!) really appreciated the hospitality and the wines ...especially the one with BONZANO label; in this regard, I'm aiming to taste Castello di Uviglie's wines -which will come in the following years- under the guidance of the winemaker Mr. Lanati. The tour in the cave or "La Cava" is an amazing experience!!! I do strongly suggest it! last but not least -actually, as a very important issue!- I deeply thank Mr. Niccolò Petrilli for being our Cicerone and for his dedication to us. To visit it is a must!
