Condominio con vari problemi, appartamento da me acquistato con ulteriori vari problemi. Alle richieste di aggiustamento da due anni: prendono tempo o non rispondono proprio.
Nell'appartamento ho mattonelle storte, tubature non coibentate, ringhiere arrugginite dopo pochi mesi dalla messa in opera, porte storte, misure degli scarichi degli arredi del bagno errati, piatto doccia che perde, ecc.
Il tutto è documentato e attenzionato al tribunale tramite avvocato.
