★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altamente sconsigliato. Attenzione al cliente zero e molto sgarbati. Ci hanno buttati fuori dal negozio in malo modo perché “non si può dare un’occhiata, c’è il COVID e si accede solo su appuntamento” detto in tono sgarbato, come si fosse stati dei delinquenti.
Cosa non segnalata da nessuna parte, tra l’altro. Bastava un cartello all’ingresso o scriverlo su Google. Non è possibile che dopo 2 anni di pandemia un negozio non sia aperto al pubblico.
 Highly not recommended. Zero customer attention and very rude. They threw us out of the shop in a bad way because "you can't take a look, there is COVID and you can access it only by appointment" said in a rude tone, as if you were criminals.
Something not reported anywhere, among other things. All it took was a sign at the entrance or writing it on Google. It is not possible that after 2 years of the pandemic a shop will not be open to the public.

Sala mostra molto assortita con in progetto (mi hanno detto) di convertire l'ex magazzino in ulteriore spazio espositivo!
I venditori sono molto preparati e molto disponibili.
I prezzi non sono i più bassi, ma d'altra parte i marchi trattati sono di alto livello e non si può pretendere di trovare i prezzi che si trovano nelle grandi distribuzioni.
Il parcheggio posteriore riservato ai clienti, seppur piccolo, è un grande 'aiuto vista la zona!
Straconsigliatissimo!
What to say?
Very assorted exhibition room with plans (I was told) to convert the former warehouse into an additional exhibition space!
The sellers are very knowledgeable and very helpful.
The prices are not the lowest, but on the other hand the brands treated are of a high standard and you cannot expect to find the prices that are found in large distributions.
The rear parking reserved for customers, although small, is a great help given the area!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo chiesto mattonelle di un certo tipo, spiegando in dettaglio i motivi delle nostre scelte "forzate", e per mezz'ora ci sono state proposte mattonelle non adatte alle nostre necessità, e che non avremmo potuto installare.
Sarebbe stato molto più gradito un sincero "ci dispiace, ma non abbiamo i tipi di mattonelle di cui avete bisogno"..
Personale comunque cordiale, ma evidentemente non attento alle richieste del cliente
we asked for tiles of a certain type, explaining in detail the reasons for our "forced" choices, and for half an hour we were offered tiles that were not suited to our needs, and that we could not have installed.
A sincere "sorry, but we don't have the types of tiles you need" would have been much more welcome.
Nonetheless friendly staff, but obviously not attentive to customer requests
