Li abbiamo sostituiti con altra casa e sono perfetti ancora dopo due anni Bad quality taps in my opinion. Installed in a hotel after a week they were in these conditions. NO REFUNDS! We replaced them with another house and are still perfect after two years

Tanini Home is one of the few shops in Florence to sell researched design objects and furnishings. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Mi è stato detto che non c'era un venditore disponibile (perché a quanto ho capito vanno su appuntamento) per cui ho atteso e nel frattempo ho fatto un giro. Dopo 15 minuti vedo raggruppati i commessi che tra risatine e chiaccherate poco professionali (imbarazzanti), non si sono curati minimamente della mia presenza ed infatti non sono stato servito (ed una era pure a sedere sul divano all'ingresso). Richiedo se qualcuno mi può aiutare e mi viene detto di ripassare un altro giorno. Ripeto, un negozio come pochi a livello di prodotti ma pessimo servizio e zero professionalità. Peccato, non lo consiglio. Last week I walked into this beautiful shop that was suggested to me, I was looking for a sofa. I was told that there was no vendor available (because as far as I understand they go by appointment) so I waited and in the meantime took a tour. After 15 minutes I see the clerks grouped together who, between giggles and unprofessional (embarrassing) chats, did not care in the least about my presence and in fact I was not served (and one was also sitting on the sofa at the entrance). I ask if anyone can help me and I am told to come over another day. I repeat, a shop like few in terms of products but bad service and zero professionalism. Too bad, I don't recommend it.

Per capire la qualità dei prodotti basta fare un giro nel loro showroom (io sono rimasto stupito la prima volta che ci sono stato, bellissimo) o sul loro sito web. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza di oggettistica in vendita oltre ad arredi e superfici. Tornerò sicuramente! Super recommended !! The experiences I have had in this shop have all been positive. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. To understand the quality of the products just take a tour in their showroom (I was amazed the first time I was there, beautiful) or on their website. I very much appreciated the presence of objects for sale as well as furnishings and surfaces. I will definitely be back!
