Questa volta nel negozio di Firenze Novoli, siamo stati seguiti dalla signora Monica che con la sua disponibilità gentilezza e preparazione ci ha saputo fornire ogni spiegazione alle nostre innumerevoli domande, convincendoci con soddisfazione all'acquisto di un Libolla colore rosa scuro antico. Purtroppo sono molto dispiaciuto perché sono un cliente molto affezionato per questa azienda ma l’esperienza in questo negozio e stato deludente perché….. sono stato costretto a comprare con un costo extra di 152€ due semplici cuscini e un poggia testa su un acquisto di 1100€ che lo stesso divano comprato in un altro negozio in Italia mi è stato regalato, anzi mi è stato spiegato che se volevano potevano regalarli come facciamo spesso noi, ma nulla cambia la qualità, solo tanta delusione. I was forced to buy two simple cushions and a head rest on a purchase of € 152 for an extra cost of 152 €. 1100 € that the same sofa bought in another shop in Italy was given to me, indeed I was explained that if they wanted they could give them as we often do, but nothing changes the quality, only a lot of disappointment.

However, even at the end of sales, there was what appeared to be full choice of models, all of which could be personalised as far as size, covers and colours were concerned. In addition, staff was very helpful, understanding and went the extra step to ensure we were shown exactly what we needed, without trying to push anything on us. Would definitely go back if time weren't a major consideration for me.
