We recently purchased a new sofa, which we were fully satisfied with, both from an aesthetic and qualitative point of view. The showroom is very large and allows the customer to get a precise idea of the product to choose. The salespeople were very kind, professional and very helpful in choosing the perfect sofa. Gentilissima, simpaticissima, e molto competente. La consegna è avvenuta in tempi stabiliti (forse prima) considerando che abito a Città di Castello circa 130 km da Firenze.. passato circa un mese dall'acquisto il divano inizia a fare un rumorino .. io e mia moglie disperatissimi abbiamo contattato subito la signora Susanna.. come immaginavo la risposta è stata immediata"" MANDO SUBITO IL MIO MIGLIORE TAPPEZZIERE A CITTÀ DI CASTELLO PER RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA" Sono arrivati in due hanno subito risolto il problema (il divano non c'entrava nulla era il pavimento sconnesso) .. Dear, very nice, and very competent. The delivery took place on time (perhaps earlier) considering that I live in Città di Castello about 130 km from Florence .. after about a month from the purchase the sofa begins to make a noise .. my wife and I very desperate we immediately contacted the Mrs. Susanna .. as I imagined the answer was immediate "" I AM IMMEDIATELY SENDING MY BEST UPHOLSTERY TO CITTÀ DI CASTELLO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM "Two of them arrived and they immediately solved the problem (the sofa had nothing to do with it was the uneven floor) .. La qualità dei materiali é notevolmente superiore a quella dei negozi più commerciali ad un prezzo pressoché identico. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cortesia di tutto il personale. Sicuramente lo consiglio. Un grazie speciale a Lorenza che si é mostrata gentilissima a spiegarci tutto nel dettaglio e che ci supporta tuttora, dopo mesi dall' acquisto. We have toured many sofa shops but the bardi sofas are the ones that impressed us most. The quality of the materials is considerably higher than that of the more commercial shops at an almost identical price. We were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of all the staff. Definitely recommend it. A special thanks to Lorenza who has shown herself very kind to explain everything in detail and who still supports us, after months from the purchase.
