Esperienza penosa! In un mese non sono riusciti ad aprire una mail e fare un preventivo e alla fine sembra quasi colpa mia perchè nell'ultima settimana non hanno mai trovato il mio cell. libero! L'unico interesse che ho riscontrato è stato al primo app.to perché lasciassi un acconto, per cosa non si sa, di sicuro per i loro obj di fine anno! Tutti gli altri incontri disattesi con le più svariate scuse, manca la professionalità e far chiamare sedicenti responsabili a fatto compiuto per evitare recensioni negative è patetico, evitatelo!...anche bugiardi

La spedizione e il montaggio sono avvenuti nei tempi stabiliti e un ringraziamento particolare va soprattutto ad Andrea delle vendite che ci ha aiutato tantissimo a risolvere alcuni problemi di spazio dei quali non riuscivamo a venire a capo.
My wife and I have chosen our new kitchen here we are really satisfied! The shipment and assembly took place on time and a special thanks goes above all to Andrea for the sales who helped us a lot in solving some space problems that we were unable to solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato in anticipo la cameretta di mio figlio, altrimenti non poteva uscire dai magazzini, ho ricevuto la merce che è stata montata in modo approssimativo in più i montatori hanno danneggiato un'anta che ha distanza di 4 mesi dal montaggio non è stata mai cambiata, dopo i miei solleciti mandano una mail dicendo che lavorano la pratica ma spariscono senza mai più contattarti, ho parlato con il venditore che dopo alcuni finti tentativi di inoltrare personalmente la pratica non ti risponde più al telefono e sembra anche che blocchi il numero in modo da non poterlo più contattare. Poca professionalità e servizio clienti scadente

Fisso un appuntamento per avere dei preventivi e fornire le misure, a fine colloquio chiedono di fissare un'altro appuntamento.Bene qui avete due scelte, rispondere si è immagino che la trattativa vada avanti, o dire no(avrei voulto avere prima un preventivo per decidere) e a questo punto spariscono nonostante abbia dimostrato interesse con telefonate e mail. A fine Aprile mi arriva la cucina e un mobile living acquistato da un'altra parte.
