โ โ โ โ โ Returned car here recently. Called back to let them know we left a pair of sunglasses in the side door. First off was rude and short with us. Not friendly. Second off said they didnโt find them and we know for a fact they were in there. Do not use this company.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff I met there was competent and very helpful. The offices are underground and cannot be seen from surface. The Renault Megane I received was full option and excellent. The return went without any problem. Excellent experience. I would go there again.

โ โ โ โ โ The europcar website shows that this place is open by 8am on a Sunday and I booked here since I needed the car early. To my surprise, they edited my booking without telling me to 9.30am. I called them up and they said they open by 9 and I went there by 9. On reaching there I was told that the booking is for 9.30am so I have to wait. The car itself was in excellent condition and the process was smooth. There were no random charges on credit card for non-existant damages, so no complaints there. I got the deposit back in a few days. If only they treat the customers properly by keeping them informed!

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible customer service, very unprofessional staff. You feel like they are doing you a favor. To make things even worse, months after the car was returned, I've got an additional charge on my credit card. They said it was related to fees for "preparing a damage report" - altought the car was fully insured and, for this very reason, there was no pre inspection of the car during the check out. On top of that, when returning the car in Venice on a Saturday morning their office was closed and I had to leave the car in a carpark (and paid extra for it!) over the weekend - so I wasn't there when tehy prepared their "damage report". Never again Europcar Italy!!

โ โ โ โ โ Picked up a car in Milan,was using it for four days and dropping it in Florence. The staff is really unhelpful, they provide 0 information unless you ask them. Deposit - 300 Euro. The drop of the car is not actually at their office in Florence, its just few metres away. Be careful, don't drive thought the city centre as it's only for the special permit holders, look out for the signs!! otherwise you'll be charged a sufficient amount of fees. Follow the signs - Parking for "Garage Europa" and your destination will be on your right.

โ โ โ โ โ A bit difficult to find, as the office is down a parking garage out side of the city.
The service was great though, we pointed out a few extra small scratches and dents, which was promptly added.
