Facini nell'agosto del 2020 . La mia opinione non può essere che Positivissima , l'arch mi ha seguito e consigliato in ogni fase dalla progettazione alle realizzazione . Mi ha dato anche degli ottimi suggerimenti per quanto riguarda gli arredi e il suo contributo è stato determinante. Le ditte che sono intervenute sono state meticolose e puntuali. SODDISFATTISSIMO In July 2020 I entrusted Easy Restructuring for a restructuring of an app. Facini in August 2020. My opinion can only be very positive, the arch has followed me and advised me at every stage from design to construction. He also gave me some great suggestions regarding the furnishings and his contribution was instrumental. The companies that intervened were meticulous and punctual. VERY SATISFIED

Nessun aiuto a risolvere i problemi, anzi, venivano creati laddove la soluzione era banale. Zero direzione lavori, ogni volta che mi recavo in cantiere ci stavano errori grossolani e stra visibili che anche un muratore alle prime armi non farebbe. In tutto ciò, anche un preventivo che veniva gonfiato ad ogni minima modifica (modifica data tra L altro non da capricci ma da necessità riscontrate durante il lavoro). Avevo bloccato la ditta per un lavoro a Roma, ovviamente senza dirlo annullerò L impegno, e non mi vedranno mai Piu. Super sconsigliata. Forse sono stata sfortunata io con L architetto e la squadra che mi è capitata, ma mai più!!. Zero grade experience. The Easy Restructuring of Florence turned out to be a huge disappointment. Zero construction supervision, every time I went to the construction site there were gross and visible errors that even a novice bricklayer would not make. In all this, even an estimate that was inflated with every slightest modification (modification given among other things not by whims but by needs encountered during work). I had blocked the company for a job in Rome, obviously without saying it I will cancel the commitment, and they will never see me again. Super not recommended. Maybe I was unlucky with the architect and the team that happened to me, but never again !!.

È venuto il geometra Jacopo Salerno che mi ha fatto una consulenza gratuita, mi è piaciuto molto il loro modo di confrontarsi con i clienti ed è stato molto disponibile a rispondere alle mie domande, mi ha proposto varie soluzioni per migliorare la funzionalità degli spazi e per l'arredo. È andato tutto bene senza intoppi e il cantiere si è chiuso nei tempi previsti, i muratori sono stati precisi e hanno seguito le direttive come da accordi presi precedentemente. Ho chiesto consiglio anche per fare ulteriori lavori e visto che mi sono trovata particolarmente bene mi serviró nuovamente da loro. Ringrazio il geometra Jacopo per essere stato così disponibile. The surveyor Jacopo Salerno came and gave me a free consultation, I really liked their way of dealing with customers and was very willing to answer my questions, he proposed various solutions to improve the functionality of the spaces and to the furniture. Everything went smoothly and the construction site closed on schedule, the builders were precise and followed the directives as previously agreed. I also asked for advice to do further work and since I found myself particularly well I will use them again. I thank the surveyor Jacopo for being so helpful.

Ho un appartamento da affittare che aveva bisogno di una rinfrescata e affidandomi a loro ho fatto la scelta giusta! Tutti veri professionisti, ma una nota di rilievo va all'architetto Michele Caolo che, come responsabile dell' impresa, ha gestito e seguito attentamente ogni fase dei lavori, trovando ogni volta soluzioni e risposte adatte alle mie richieste. Devo ammettere che fin dal primo momento ho incontrato persone molto disponibili che mi hanno dimostrato grande professionalità, facendomi cambiare subito idea. Una figura fondamentale è stato l'architetto Michele Caolo, sempre presente e in grado di risolvere tempestivamente e in maniera impeccabile gli imprevisti che in queste situazioni sono purtroppo una variabile abbastanza costante. After reading several reviews I was a little reluctant to entrust my renovation to this company but fortunately I decided to arrange an inspection anyway. I must admit that from the first moment I met very helpful people who showed me great professionalism, making me change my mind immediately. Sono proprietario di una casa colonica a Firenze e i lavori di ristrutturazione per il recupero del fienile annesso oltre che a essere piuttosto dispendiosi sono stati anche di una certa difficoltà. Di tutti i preventivi che ho fatto ho scelto il loro perché nonostante non fosse il più basso è stato il più attendibile e concreto. La trasparenza e la chiarezza che ci sono state fin dall'inizio mi hanno permesso di fidarmi dei professionisti e del loro modo di lavorare. Nella mia esperienza mi sento di consigliare questa azienda per serietà e professionalità. I contacted Easy Restructuring on the recommendation of a friend and I must say it was a great choice.
