Abbiamo scoperto da soli, per puro caso e troppo tardi che per la casa che stavamo per comprare c'era in atto un fallimento. Mesi di attese, avvocati, spese ulteriori che se avessimo saputo per tempo e soprattutto fossero stati onesti con noi, non saremmo andati avanti con la compravendita. Abbiamo sbagliato a fidarci.
