Pensavo di dover passare giorni senza più usarla, invece martedì mattina ho chiamato la ditta Caterisano, ho spiegato i "sintomi" del guasto e 24 ore dopo è arrivato il tecnico, già sapendo cosa poteva essere successo e come risolvere il guasto. Aveva con sé il materiale necessario e il pezzo utile per la riparazione. Morale dalla favola: un'ora dopo il suo arrivo tutto era risolto. Sono più che soddisfatto per la velocità, la bravura, il prezzo onesto e la puntualità dell'intervento. Ad avercene di tecnici così in gamba. Consigliato senza indugi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e maleducati con tanto di urla verso il cliente per telefono dopo che lo stesso ha segnalato il problema... dopo aver rotto un pezzo perfettamente integro quando e stato portato l elettrodomestico danno la colpa al cliente che era già rotto quando è stato portato...tentandolo di ripararlo grossolanamente con colla a caldo...risultato inutile...e neanche comunicato al cliente l accaduto...pagamenti solo in contanti...per ovvi motivi...alla.consegna del prodotto nessun scontrino ne ricevuta...da sconsigliare...
