Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
 Super nice place. Old ruin with gigantic rock formations on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine einfache Wanderroute, in ca. 30 Minuten ist man am Ziel. In Sassofortino führt von dem Parkplatz oberhalb der Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo eine Straße geradeaus weiter den Berg hinauf. Wenn man dieser Straße folgt, kommt nach ca. 500 Metern links ein Schild (kniehoher Holzpfeil) mit der Aufschrift Sassoforte. Dort beginnt der Wanderpfad, den ich gegangen bin. Es war wunderschön!
An easy route, in about 30 minutes you are at the destination. In Sassofortino, from the car park above the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo, continue straight ahead up the hill. If you follow this road, after about 500 meters on the left a sign (knee-high wooden arrow) with the inscription Sassoforte. There begins the hiking trail I left. It was wonderful!

I resti del castello si raggiungono facilmente a piedi in meno di un'ora.
Le rovine sono sotto la vegetazione e non c'è alcun tipo di intervento per curare sentieri e i resti, peccato.
Rimane comunque una bellissima passeggiata sotto i castagni che può essere fatta da tutti
Visited in February 2020 with family with children.
The remains of the castle can be easily reached on foot in less than an hour.
The ruins are under the vegetation and there is no type of intervention to cure paths and remains, too bad.
However, there is still a beautiful walk under the chestnut trees that can be done by everyone
