★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un complesso architettonico unico e inusuale che vede il sovrapporsi spasmodico di tutti gli stili architettonici e decorativi dell'ultimo millennio cristiano. Si tratta di una carrellata emblematica di storia dell'arte associata a profondi messaggi teologici e cristologici. Nulla è lasciato al caso e nella piccola area di pianta poligonale irregolare dove sembra non esserci un centro focale ove convergere lo sguardo tutto appare meritevole di essere ammirato come opera a se stante pur essendoci un progetto iconografico invidiabile ai grandi delle stesse epoche di questo piccolo ma grande duomo.
 A unique and unusual architectural complex that sees the spasmodic overlap of all the architectural and decorative styles of the last Christian millennium. It is an emblematic overview of art history associated with profound theological and Christological messages. Nothing is left to chance and in the small area with an irregular polygonal plan where there seems to be no focal center where the gaze converges, everything appears worthy of being admired as a work in its own right even though there is an iconographic project enviable to the great ones of the same eras of this small but great cathedral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La caratteristica principale di Sant'Emidio è quella di essere una chiesa a due navate: la seconda navata è stata aggiunta alla chiesa originaria probabilmente a cavallo tra il XIV e il XV secolo. Bello il portale simile a quello della chiesa di Sant'Emidio ad Ascoli Piceno.
Preziosa la Biblioteca Emidiana e interessante il piccolo Museo annessi.
Da notare la croce stazionaria in facciata.
Dietro l'altare principale statue in legno a grandezza naturale rappresentano l'ultima cena.

The main feature of Sant'Emidio is that of being a church with two naves: the second nave was added to the original church probably at the turn of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. The portal similar to that of the church of Sant'Emidio in Ascoli Piceno is beautiful.
The Emidiana Library is precious and the small annexed museum is interesting.
Note the stationary cross on the facade.
Behind the main altar, life-size wooden statues represent the Last Supper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto particolare. Da vedere. La chiesa è derivata dalla fusione in tempi non recenti di due diverse chiese adiacenti. Interni molto, molto barocchi, grande profusione di statue e arredi che contrastano con la sobria eleganza della facciata medievale. Domani 5.8 ricorre la festività di S. Emidio che è il santo che ci protegge dai terremoti.
Very particular. To be seen. The church is derived from the merger in not recent times of two different adjacent churches. Very, very Baroque interiors, great profusion of statues and furnishings that contrast with the sober elegance of the medieval facade.
