Dopo questi giorni di pioggia, praticamente era un pantano a cielo aperto fango e pozzanghere ovunque , inoltre non c'è manutenzione di nulla, erbacce, strutture vecchie e abbandonate, la casa di Mascha e Orso qualcosa di veramente orribile, gli Operatori vestiti con vestiario veramente di bassa qualità, l'orso bianco che è un po in giro per fare le foto con i bambini è inquietante con un costume quasi al limite dell'horror. Queste erano anche le impressioni ed i commenti che sentivo fare da altre persone....il personale che lavora è cordiale e disponibile, ma è un esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere mai più... Abbiamo visto bambini voler andare via di iniziativa...zero stelle se potessi metterle.. ADDIOS Very spartan setups with dilapidated structures .... C'è il covo della Befana, tra l'altro molto simpatica. Ci sono gli spettacoli ripetuti più volte. Ci sono molti punti ristoro. For children it is like entering a magical world. Inside the castle there is the Kingdom of Santa Claus, beautiful decorations. There is the lair of the Befana, among other things very nice. There are the shows repeated several times. There are many dining options.

Prezzi dei banchetti interni super gonfiati hot dog a 5€, crepes a 4 euro, una scatolina di amaretti e una di cioccolatini 12€. Parcheggio in una palude con passaggio pericolosisismo in mezzo alla strada, posti a sedere insufficienti, file enormi per tutto, personale sottodimensionato, spettacoli difficili da vedere. Come potete vedere da anni scriviamo tutti le stesse cose e tutto rimane uguale a danno dei genitori che vorrebbero regalare un giorno spensierato ai bimbi. Non andare è la soluzione. Sorry for those who work there and the artists who do the shows but overall a disappointment. Prices of super-inflated internal banquets: hot dogs for € 5, crepes for € 4, a box of macaroons and a box of chocolates € 12. Parking in a swamp with dangerous passage in the middle of the road, insufficient seats, huge queues for everyone, underpowered staff, hard to see shows. As you can see for years we have all written the same things and everything remains the same to the detriment of the parents who would like to give a carefree day to the children. Not going is the solution.
K	Kor Kur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attori fenomenali, scenografie bellissime. Bagni nota negativa, puliti ma conteiner e per chi ha neonati serve un servizio fasciatoio che non ho trovato. Per il resto consigliatissimo una giornata di assoluta felicità, soprattutto per le mie bimbe che conoscono tutte le favole Disney.

Quello che sinceramente nn vale la pena è acquistare il pacchetto che comprende anche albergo, pranzo e chiave magica che non ci è servita praticamente a nulla. L'albergo compreso nel pacchetto non era male, stanza anni 80 ma pulita e spaziosa la pecca era il prezzo un po' esoso. QQuello che non ci è piaciuto è stato il servizio della colazione differente per chi aveva acquistato il pacchetto, meno scelta e non ne comprendiamo il motivo. There is little to say ... all well taken care of. Very good actors, beautiful scenography, wonderful costumes. What is honestly not worth buying is the package that also includes hotel, lunch and magic key that has served us practically nothing. The hotel included in the package was not bad, room from the 80s but clean and spacious, the flaw was the price a bit expensive. QWhat we didn't like was the different breakfast service for those who bought the package, less choice and we don't understand why.
