Si possono ammirare alcune sale con stupendi affreschi tra cui la "sala della Gerusalemme liberata" e il "salone delle prospettive" . Alcune stanze sono arredate, in altre sono esposti molti attrezzi da lavoro dell'epoca. Ho apprezzato anche i quadri eseguiti da artisti del luogo, sia perché arricchiscono le stanze sia perché mostrano quanto i giovani siano stati coinvolti nell'abbellimento e nella cura del bene artistico del loro paese. Ottimo anche l'allestimento delle sale superiori con attrezzi dei mestieri antichi. È stata per me una vera bella scoperta! The castle has been renovated very well. In occasione della sagra della polenta è stato possibile visitare il castello. All' interno delle "splendide guide in costumi d'epoca" ci hanno accompagnato nella visita allietandoci con spiegazioni e leggende legate al castello. Ottima iniziativa della pro loco, ben organizzata nonostante il grande afflusso che l'evento ha richiamato. Dopo la visita la giusta conclusione di pranzare a base di polenta nei giardini del castello. Complimenti The history of Sambuci is closely linked with this castle.
