Il palazzo baronale, risalente al Basso Medioevo, è stato edificato all'interno del castello Farnese e deve la sua forma attuale al cardinale Alessandro Farnese. Accanto al castello si sviluppa un piccolo borgo con la Chiesa di San Pancrazio. Il castello è oggi utilizzato come location esclusiva per eventi e matrimoni.
The Farnese castle is a medieval castle located in Rome in the Isola Farnese area, built by the Orsini family in the 13th century and passed in the 16th century to the Farnese family. The baronial building, dating back to the late Middle Ages, was built inside the Farnese castle and owes its present form to Cardinal Alessandro Farnese. Next to the castle there is a small village with the Church of San Pancrazio. The castle is now used as an exclusive location for events and weddings.
