L	Lucia Maria Ghirardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo meraviglioso con un parco ben curato e ricco di piante e fiori di ogni genere. Il castello é ben illuminato e regala un atmosfera magica. C'é anche un laghetto caratteristico ed ottimo per servizi fotografici . La terrazza ha un panorama che si allarga su quasi tutta la provinci Granda nelle belle giornate ed é ottimo per ricevimenti e aperitivi all'aperto con musica anche dal vivo. Wonderful place with a well-kept park full of plants and flowers of all kinds. The castle is well lit and gives a magical atmosphere. There is also a characteristic lake and great for photo shoots. The terrace has a panorama that extends over almost the entire province of Granda on fine days and is excellent for outdoor receptions and aperitifs with live music.

Questa dimora da fiaba, venne realizzata per volere dei Marchesi Taparelli D'Azeglio a partire dal 1831. Al suo interno un patrimonio di arredi e soffitti trompe l'oeil. L'esterno è un armonioso insieme di decorazioni floreali , archi Moreschi etc. Il parco circostante riserva al visitatore il colpo d'occhio finale con i suoi alberi, laghetti, grotte... Qui soggiornarono personaggi illustri quali S. Pellico, Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, i Savoia. Location per servizi fotografici, matrimoni, eventi. Encomiabili le due ragazze che si sono alternate nel percorso museale ed il ragazzo alla cassa impeccabile nel porsi al visitatore. Il castello è visitabile in giorni prestabiliti che troverete sul sito. Cogliete l'attimo.....ne vale la pena! The castle of Roccolo undoubtedly exerts a certain charm for lovers of the neo-Gothic style. This fairytale house was built at the behest of the Marquis Taparelli D'Azeglio from 1831. Inside, a heritage of trompe l'oeil furnishings and ceilings. The exterior is a harmonious set of floral decorations, Moreschi arches etc. The surrounding park reserves the final glance to the visitor with its trees, ponds, caves ... Here illustrious characters such as S. Pellico, Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, the Savoy stayed. Location for photo shoots, weddings, events. The two girls who took turns in the museum tour and the boy at the cash desk were impeccable in presenting themselves to the visitor. The castle can be visited on set days which you will find on the site. Seize the moment ..... it's worth it!

Bel parco con laghetto, cappella ed alcuni esemplari di sequoia, cosa non comune dalle nostre parti (non sono enormi come quelle americane, probabilmente per il differente clima). Merita sicuramente una visita. 4 stelle perché sarebbero necessari alcuni lavori di recupero delle facciate e della cappella. Molto competenti e gentili le guide. Roccolo Castle, built by the Marquis D'Azeglio from 1831. Only some rooms can be visited. Nice park with pond, chapel and some specimens of sequoia, which is not common in our area (they are not as huge as the American ones, probably due to the different climate). Definitely worth a visit. 4 stars because some restoration work on the facades and the chapel would be necessary. The guides are very competent and kind.

V	Valeria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le guide sono molto preparate. Le sale visitabili sono solo alcune ma il castello è unico nel suo genere, a mio parere imperdibile. The guides are very knowledgeable. The rooms that can be visited are only a few but the castle is one of a kind, in my opinion unmissable.
