★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle is extremely well preserved and the guide was very informative. The tour takes about an hour, guiding you through the castle, the history of Val Venosta and generations of noble families that still, to this very day, own the castle. Most definitely worth a visit (but don't forget to call in advance and book!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time touring Churburg. Despite the short notice the Italian language guide Gunther was perfectly happy to help explain the history of the castle in english as well. He was open to answer any questions we had as well.
