★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che hanno dei problemi con il bancomat che ti fa fare l'operazione dopo di che non ti danno ne soldi ne scontrino ne la carta ? sarebbe meglio di lasciare almeno un recapito telefonico per il sabato e domenica.
Since they have problems with the ATM that makes you do the transaction after they give you neither money nor a receipt, it would be better to leave at least one telephone number for Saturday and Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio di assistenza telefonica, si cerca di portare il servizio ai massimi livelli di informatizzazione a distanza, senza riuscire a mantenere standard adeguati. Problema non di filiale ma aziendale. A mio parere questa scelta non è vincente.
Bad telephone assistance service, attempts are made to bring the service to the highest levels of remote computerization, without being able to maintain adequate standards. Not a branch but a corporate problem. In my opinion this choice is not a winning one.
