è un mese che cerco di risolvere dei problemi per dei pagamenti che non dovrebbero essere addebitati.
cambiato carta(mi hanno assicurato che con quella non pagavo canoni, ma ancora mi viene addebitato!), i colleghi di Viale Verona confermano che non dovrei pagare.
L'uomo della reception, al telefono, ha pure avuto il coraggio di rispondermi che hanno cose più importanti da fare... molto professionale!

POOR SERVICES. Called several times for various problems, they promise to call back and then never call again.
I've been trying to solve problems for a month for payments that shouldn't be charged.
I changed my card (they assured me that I did not pay fees with that card, but I am still charged!), my colleagues in Viale Verona confirm that I should not pay.
The man at the reception, on the phone, even had the courage to tell me that they have more important things to do ... very professional!
I will definitely change.
