★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo caseificio. Vasta scelta di prodotti, non solo caseari. Buonissime le scamorze fresche e il pecorino di Moliterno. Per me i più gustosi che abbia mai mangiato a Matera.
Excellent dairy. Wide choice of products, not just dairy. The fresh scamorza and the Moliterno pecorino are delicious. For me the tastiest I've ever eaten in Matera.
