★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da molto tempo che avevo intenzione di visitare il caseificio, ieri ho avuto la possibilità di farlo e devo dire che tutte le aspettative non sono andate deluse. I prodotti sono veramente fantastici, tradizione e innovazione la parola d'ordine. Altro aspetto più che positivo è stato il servizio, due ragazze gentili, professionali e molto simpatiche. In una parola..."perfetto"!!!
 It had been a long time that I had intended to visit the dairy, yesterday I had the opportunity to do so and I must say that all expectations were not disappointed. The products are truly fantastic, tradition and innovation the watchword. Another positive aspect was the service, two kind, professional and very nice girls. In a word ... "perfect" !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High pressure sales experience, so if you don’t speak Italian, you’ll probably end up walking out with way more cheese than intended. Tourists beware. Still, the cheese is good so it’s not like the worst outcome. Just be cautious and beware they *will* try to railroad you.
