Mimmo é un bravo fornaio, molto gentile e disponibile. Excellent artisan panettone with various flavors, and then pizzas, panzerotti, biscuits and bread. if you look at the counter you get aquolina. I prodotti sono tutti buonissimi, il pane è superbo, ma anche i dolci tipici materani, i pasticciotti, i panzerotti, le focacce.. tutte le creazioni assaggiate sia dolci che salate sono buonissime e soprattutto vengono servite da personale simpatico e molto professionale. Veri artisti del pane, e dei derivati della farina, davvero ottima anche anche la pizza, leggera e fatta con prodotti di qualità. Il mix perfetto per eleggerlo miglior forno materano, e poi non manca davvero niente, c'è tutto. Sotto Natale, da quando prendo il panettone artigianale da loro, non riesco più a comprarlo commerciale dai supermercati, i miei preferiti frutti di bosco e amarena e quello al pistacchio. Assolutamente consigliatissimo, non ve ne pentirete, anzi non lo cambierete con nessun altro forno! :D I was looking for a good oven in Matera, I was lucky enough to know the Forno Martino which is the best for quality price !! The products are all delicious, the bread is superb, but also the typical sweets of Matera, pasticciotti, panzerotti, focaccia .. all the creations tasted both sweet and savory are very good and above all they are served by friendly and very professional staff. True artists of bread and flour derivatives, the pizza is also really excellent, light and made with quality products. The perfect mix to elect it as the best oven in Matera, and then nothing is really missing, there is everything. At Christmas, since I got the artisan panettone from them, I can no longer buy it commercially from supermarkets, my favorite berries and black cherry and the pistachio one. Absolutely highly recommended, you will not regret it, indeed you will not change it with any other oven! : D

Very good The panzerotti just warm. Very nice customer service and great advice on what to buy. Obviously I will come back if I pass again in Matera.

Gli ingredienti si sente da subito che sono di ottima qualità. E in più offrono consegna a domicilio e devo dire che sono puntualissimi e anche molto gentili e disponibili. Sono anche sulla piattaforma Just Eat (cosa che già di per se li rende incredibilmente alla portata di tutti dato che a Matera sembra esserci ancora il tabù su JustEat). Vi consiglio davvero di assaggiare le loro pizze! To my surprise, I discovered the pizzas from this oven. They are exceptional !!! The dough is light and crunchy. The ingredients immediately feel that they are of excellent quality. In addition they offer home delivery and I must say that they are very punctual and also very kind and helpful. They are also on the Just Eat platform (which in itself makes them incredibly affordable for everyone since in Matera there still seems to be the taboo on JustEat). I really recommend you to taste their pizzas!

Aperto anche la notte per viandanti in cerca di unno spuntino completo. Personale che non ti caccia con l'espressionema non ti stimola nel consumare, consapevoli che l'attività si è rodata in poco tempo, grazie anche alla nomea della qualità vista in altre sedi del titolare. Il pane lo portiamo a casa ma sicuramente è buono. Complimenti alla signorina Agnese. Comprato un cornetto al pistacchio ?. Ottima saletta per degustare i prodotti e bagno pulito? Excellent products. The panzerotto is a wonderful thing: excellent dough, very tasty and lots of mozzarella and tomato. We take the bread home but it is certainly good. Congratulations to Miss Agnes. Bought a pistachio croissant ?. Excellent room to taste the products and clean bathroom?

La pizza buonissima...il pane non bastano le parole per descrivere l'eccezionalità e la prelibatezza. lo abbiamo comprato sfornato da poco più di 10 minuti...l'odore che emanava e il sapore dopo, erano indescrivibili! Se ripasseremo da questa bella città sicuramente questo panificio sarà una tappa obbligatoria! We found ourselves in this bakery by accident. Being Sunday they were all closed ... and luckily I add! The delicious pizza ... the bread words are not enough to describe the exceptionality and the delicacy. we bought it out of the oven for just over 10 minutes ... the smell it emanated and the taste after it were indescribable! If we come back from this beautiful city, this bakery will surely be a must!
