★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio minuto nelle dimensioni ma ben fornito, punta sulla qualità dei prodotti tipici, serviti con simpatia dai due banconisti: funge anche come latteria, pizzeria, rosticceria, biscottificio. Nei periodi festivi, il loro forno dimostra il meglio della loro creatività: cosa da non poco per un attività semi-centrale del genere. Prezzi abbordabili, come riconosciuto dal vicinato: trasmette spesso più affidabilità di catene di panifici o di attività analoghe all'ingrosso.
Small bakery in size but well stocked, focuses on the quality of typical products, served with sympathy by the two counter agents: it also serves as a dairy, pizzeria, rotisserie, biscuit factory. During the holidays, their oven demonstrates the best of their creativity: which is no small feat for such a semi-central business. Affordable prices, as recognized by the neighborhood: often conveys more reliability than chains of bakeries or similar wholesale businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai non vado in altri panifici. Da Francesco e Mariella mi trovo a meraviglia. Simpatici, disponibili ad ogni ora, e bravissimi nel loro lavoro. Nonostante la giovane età, fanno parte dei panifici più buoni di Matera. Tutto ottimo, dal pane alle focacce ai panzerotti. Lo consiglio a tutti perché faccio un figurone!!!
I don't go to other bakeries now. At Francesco and Mariella's I am wonderful. Friendly, available at any time, and very good at their work. Despite their young age, they are one of the best bakeries in Matera. All excellent, from bread to focaccia to panzerotti. I recommend it to everyone because I look great !!!
