Prima di tutto non rispettosi delle regole anti covid. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, entriamo e ci fanno subito uscire perché ci sono due persone all'interno, perfetto, appena possibile entriamo due alla volta. Chiedo del pane da portare via. Me lo incartano perfettamente, paghiamo e usciamo. Entrano le mie figlie, mentre aspettiamo fuori il forno si riempie di gente e non dicono una parola. Alle mie figlie danno il pane incartato con il cartoccio normale e lo tagliano., nonostante abbiano specificato di non tagliarlo e che dovevano portarlo via. Non ci hanno fatto caso perché guardavano i prodotti esposti. Vorrei rientrare per comunicare l'accaduto ma il forno era pieno di gente sia dentro che fuori, abbiamo lasciato perdere. Ovviamente non ci torneremo. Ho notato anche poca disponibilità e gentilezza nell accogliere i turisti Very disappointed. We go to this oven recommended by the hotel staff where we stay overnight.
