Confermo in pieno il giudizio.
Abbiamo comprato un poi il fiordilatte in confezione da 250g. 2 mozzarelle altrettanto buone, anzi "Molto Buone".
Poi un giorno si è comprato il cacioricotta, pensando di metterlo il giorno dopo sulla, pasta, non è stato possibile, c'è lo siamo mangiato almeno la metà.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio di rilievo nella vendita dei prodotti caseari anche delattosati. Formaggi freschi da latte vaccino e ovino. La qualità dei prodotti è talmente buona che periodicamente faccio (sembrerà strano) circa trenta chilometri per acquistarli. Personalmente trovo gli yogurt sublimi ma anche stracciatella, fior di latte e scamorze. Amo rivivere i sapori che mi riportano alla mia infanzia.

Alla prima occasione a Santeramo vorrò assaggiare le mozzarelle.
The semi-spicy caciocavallo cheese and the grotto one bought today at the Modugno crucifix fair are excellent.
