A	Antonella Schiralli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da più di un anno acquisto in uno dei punti vendita, ogni sabato la mozzarella " diabolica" che fino ad 1 po' di tempo fa ,trovavo essere speciale, x sapore, qualità e perché anche se consumata dopo qualche giorno , conservava intatta consistenza e sapore. Da qualche settimana non trovo sia più così, sabato scorso non siamo riusciti a consumarla perché eccessivamente salata. Speravo di poterla utilizzare in cucina, ma il lunedì ho avuto l' amara sorpresa di trovare nel contenitore di vetro dove l' avevo riposta, 1 poltiglia al posto della mozzarella. Con rammarico ho dovuto buttarla. Oggi l' ho ricomprata ma la cosa si è ripetuta, di nuovo troppo salata e con grande disappunto non abbiamo potuto mangiarla. Vorrei sottolineare che tra le regole del mangiare sano x tutelare la salute di tutti è contemplato l' uso moderato , se non molto limitato del sale negli alimenti. E da un caseificio così conosciuto x la bontà dei suoi prodotti, mi aspetto più attenzione e più cura. Gentilissimi , i gestori del caseificio che rivende il prodotto, si sono rammaricati a dir poco, se non mortificati dell' accaduto, perché sempre molto attenti ad offrire ai loro clienti il massimo sia x qualità dei loro prodotti che x competenza e professionalità For more than a year I have bought in one of the stores, every Saturday the "diabolic" mozzarella which until a little while ago, I found to be special, because of its flavor, quality and because even if consumed after a few days, it kept intact consistency and flavor. For a few weeks I have not found it to be so, last Saturday we were unable to consume it because it was too salty. I was hoping to be able to use it in the kitchen, but on Monday I had the bitter surprise to find in the glass container where I had placed it, 1 mush instead of mozzarella. With regret I had to throw it away. Today I bought it back but it repeated itself, again too salty and with great disappointment we could not eat it. I would like to underline that the moderate, if not very limited use of salt in food is included among the rules of healthy eating to protect everyone's health. And from a dairy so well known for the goodness of its products, I expect more attention and more care. Dear, the managers of the dairy that resells the product, regretted to say the least, if not mortified about what happened, because they are always very careful to offer their customers the maximum both x quality of their products and x competence and professionalism

Consigliato davvero All really great, a lot of lactose-free stuff, for me it's one of the best dairies in the place, there are also a nice assortment of cold cuts. Really recommended
