★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic cheeses, wonderful owners who have been making cheese for three generations. Very knowledgeable about the process - they make the cheese with no preservatives (only some salt) and the fresh cheese is delicious! Definitely visit, and especially if there is fresh cheese that day!
