★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me le migliori mozzarelle, la migliore burrata e le migliori scamorze di Matera. Parlo ovviamente di prodotti fatti con latte di vacca, non bufala. Se poi volete strafare vi consiglio di provare il pecorino molto stagionato, è davvero squisito. Le ragazze alla vendita sono gentili e disponibili.
For me the best mozzarella, the best burrata and the best scamorza of Matera. I am obviously talking about products made with cow's milk, not buffalo. And if you want to overdo it, I suggest you try the very seasoned pecorino, it's really delicious. The girls at the sale are kind and helpful.

The product is great and deserves 5 stars if not more. Too bad for the rudeness of the collaborators who ruin the atmosphere of the artisan dairy.
