★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pratica i tre edifici formano un unicum di rara suggestione anche per i passaggi coperti comuni. Sono, escluso il Capitolium e zone limitrofe, tra le rovine più alte ed imponenti di Ostia Antica, fino al secondo ordine ed in una zona al terzo. Molto belli gli affreschi ancora su alcune pareti, tra i quali gli aurighi e una Venere che sorge dalle acque, ed il mosaico con scene di caccia dell'ampia sala circolare del frigidarium delle terme. Da non mancare la salita ai punti di belvedere.
In practice the three buildings form a unicum of rare fascination even for the common covered passages. The Capitolium and the surrounding areas are excluded, among the highest and most imposing ruins of Ostia Antica, up to the second order and in an area to the third. The frescoes on some of the walls are still very beautiful, including the charioteers and a Venus rising from the waters, and the mosaic with hunting scenes of the large circular hall of the frigidarium of the baths. Do not miss the climb to the lookout points.
