★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito particolarmente importante della storia Catanese totalmente abbandonato e non fruibile. La piccola costruzione, che nell'esiguità della sua mole è un esempio di raffinata eleganza, è stretta a Nord tra la via Sorrentino, ad Est via Serravalle e via Colapesce a Sud.
Sorta in periodo tra barocco e rococò, è invece decisamente classicheggiante e rinascimentale, anche se la presenza di alcuni elementi decorativi la pone di estrazione barocca.
 Particularly important site of Catanese history totally abandoned and not usable. The small building, which in the small size of its size is an example of refined elegance, is squeezed to the north between via Sorrentino, via Serravalle to the east and via Colapesce to the south.
Built in the period between Baroque and Rococo, it is instead decidedly classical and Renaissance, even if the presence of some decorative elements makes it of Baroque extraction.
