Parcheggio privato gratuito. Zona molto tranquilla e a due passi dal centro. The house is very welcoming, clean and equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, equipped solarium, with sea view reachable in a few minutes. Free private parking. Very quiet area and near the center.

Casa molto areggiata e fresca, abbiamo sempre mangiato in terrazza senza soffrire il caldo, il solarium è silenzioso gode di una bella vista e ti permette di stare in pace con te stessa, al tramonto si concilia benissimo l'aperitivo e la lettura di un buon libro. Ringraziamo Enrica e Nicolò per la loro ospitalità e disponibilità, sempre attenti che tutto andasse bene. La marmellata di pesche e le pesche del loro orto, sono buonissime. Consigliato a tutti quelli che amano la tranquillità e semplicità... insieme al buongusto ? Beautiful holiday in San Vito lo Capo, the house is very welcoming, clean and functional. A strategic position from traffic, chaos and above all the heat. Very airy and fresh house, we have always eaten on the terrace without suffering the heat, the solarium is quiet, it enjoys a beautiful view and allows you to be at peace with yourself, at sunset an aperitif and reading a good book. We thank Enrica and Nicolò for their hospitality and availability, always careful that everything was fine. The peach jam and peaches from their garden are delicious. Recommended for all those who love tranquility and simplicity ... together with good taste ?

Solarium con lettini impagabile. Massima disponibilità del proprietario. House in an area with no traffic and quiet but just a few minutes from the sea and the main street. Clean and equipped with everything you need. Solarium with priceless sunbeds. Maximum availability of the owner.

Siamo stati molto bene ed il valore aggiunto è la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari. I bambini hanno dormito su divano letto molto comodo. Bellissima è la terrazza solarium con lettini e doccetta, molto utile anche il terrazzone con tavolo e sedie. La consiglio! We stayed for 10 days in two families with two 8 year old children! We had a great time and the added value is the availability and kindness of the owners. The children slept on the very comfortable sofa bed. The solarium terrace with sun loungers and shower is very beautiful, and the large terrace with table and chairs is also very useful. I recommend it!
