Staff gentile e disponibile. 5 stelle meritate anche se il giudizio più rilevante riguarda la posizione della struttura a pochi minuti dal centro e al mare (ca. 500 mt dal centro e 1 km dal mare). L'unica pecca è il prezzo a parer mio un po troppo elevato per una notte, ma nell'insieme può anche starci tutta. Spero di ritornaci. Great experience, we were satisfied. Comfortable, new, clean and modern facility. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars deserved even if the most relevant judgment concerns the location of the structure a few minutes from the center and the sea (approx. 500 meters from the center and 1 km from the sea). The only flaw is the price in my opinion a little too high for one night, but overall it can also fit all. I hope to return.

L'appartamento che abbiamo scelto a piano terra era comodissimo, con due grandi verande, una sul davanti e una sul retro molto comode. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort e pulitissimo. La doccia il Top. Il parcheggio interno sicuro. La sig.ra Maria disponibile sempre e gentile, come tutti del resto. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e tranquilla vacanza. Lo consigliamo sicuramente We just got back and had a really great time! The apartment we chose on the ground floor was very comfortable, with two large verandas, one at the front and one at the back, very comfortable. The apartment was equipped with all comforts and was very clean. The shower the Top. Safe internal parking. Ms Maria always available and kind, like everyone else. We spent a beautiful and peaceful vacation. We definitely recommend it

Beautiful apartment !!! a bit far from the beach as we were with a small child, but if we had a bicycle it would have been perfect.

La presenza del parcheggio, la funzionalità degli arredi e la tranquillità del sonno, sono certamente una garanzia per un tranquillo soggiorno a mare. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort riguardo la cucina, frigo, forno, stoviglie ecc. Consigliatissimo Recently built residence in San Vito lo Capo, recommended for those with family and not too many problems in moving, in fact, the structure is very close to the beach, about 5 minutes on foot, instead it takes a few more minutes to get to the city center. The presence of the parking lot, the functionality of the furnishings and the tranquility of sleep are certainly a guarantee for a peaceful stay by the sea. The apartment is equipped with all comforts regarding the kitchen, fridge, oven, dishes etc. Highly recommended

Nuove costruzioni arredate in maniera semplice ed essenziale ma curate e con tutto il necessario per una vacanza serena. Personale cortese. In generale frequentato da bella gente e ciliegina sulla torta il parcheggio all'interno della struttura compreso nel prezzo. Tornerò Perfect vacation home. Ideal for families. New buildings furnished in a simple and essential way but well kept and with everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Courteous staff. In general frequented by nice people and the icing on the cake is the parking inside the structure included in the price. I'll be back

I	Ivan Carabott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, modern apartment block in the lively resort of San Vito lo Capo. Parking is available inside. Helpful staff, spotlessly clean apartment. It's about 15-20 minutes walk away from the centre but that was fine by us as that's what we wanted. A good supermarket is available just 1km away just before you enter the town area. Recommended and will visit again.
