New, comfortable, super-equipped apartment, beyond my expectations

upon arrival, everything was wonderful, a small villa, well equipped, everything speaks of caring for the client, but on day 2 they turned off the light and hot water, the light was soon turned on and there was no hot water until the morning while we corresponded with the owners and those they accused us of the lack of water, it was the first oddity, but a day later the hostess came and it turned out that the gas tank had run out, she came noisily, but then she apologized, in the morning there was a surprise again, they turned off the electricity and all the water, we wrote to the owners again and then some kind of circus, the daughter of the owner of the villa began to be frankly rude to us and accuse us of the fact that there is no light and water, at first we decided that it might have seemed to us because of the complexity of the translation, but it was not there, my aunt began to write to us in a rude form that we are unlucky and that we need to look for other housing, although she will return the money to us, she is a very rude aunt, she wrote a lot, hysterically, until it turned out that there was a renovation in the courtyard of this complex and there were knocked out traffic jams somewhere, this time no one is sorry We, too, were tired of the surprises and tantrums of mom and daughter and decided to leave this house, mom and daughter came, and were terribly indignant at the fact that we didn't wash the floor and didn't clean, for the first time in my practice it was like that!))) we drove all over Sicily, rented housing and no one required final cleaning anywhere, what can I say ... the villa is good, the place is also not bad, but very strange women own it, for the first time such an experience, I do not recommend it, especially since the price is not the most pleasant there

New apartments equipped with every comfort, it feels like being at home. Spotlessly clean. Near the sea in a quiet area. Very helpful and kind owners. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back for sure.

Nice apartments signed Ikea, we asked for a balcony gave us the tavern, furnished well, nothing to say, but the deck was practically the entrance, musty smells sickening probably because we were underground, hard to get there well in these houses because the owner sent us several WhatsApp videos instead of a Maps location. NOT HOT WATER, we could not wash for 4 days because after a few minutes the shower stops making hot water and comes out only cold. Absolutely not recommended

I stayed at the Fontana holiday home for a week in July with my family. The apartment is brand new, very clean, well-kept and equipped with every comfort. Inserted in a Residence about 500 mt. from the beach, easily reachable on foot, has a parking space, which is not negligible in San Vito. We had a great time and the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Matteo and his family did the rest. We will come back without any doubt. Recommended.

Super positive experience! The house is located about 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach, in a park with double electronic gate and parking space. Recently built, the apartment has every comfort: wi-fi, television, air conditioning in every room, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a terrace which, if only it were not served by an uncomfortable spiral staircase, could be experienced more (for dinner or relaxation in general). But a large balcony (I'm talking about the apartment located on the first floor) allows in any case to be able to have breakfast and dinner outside. A particularly positive note is the kindness of the whole Fontana family, from the mother who welcomed us, passing through the father who I did not know personally but who helped me with a video call one evening when the meter went off, up to Giovanna who is always available by phone for any eventuality. What to add, Casa Fontana is one of my most comfortable summer experiences ever ... For sure, if and when I return to San Vito L.C., it will be my pleasure to contact the Fontana family.
