Unica pecca e sprovvisto di lavatrice e di un lavatoio dove poter lavare teli per il mare. NB. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate la polizia municipale è molto attenta e sembrano falchi '' se si parcheggia nel posto sbagliato o trovi una multa o non trovi più l'auto ''
