Proprietario disponibile , discreto e sempre pronto a qualsiasi consiglio. IMPORTANTISSIMO : la casa dispone di un posto auto privato ed ombreggiato , utilissimo a San Vito , avere un posto auto qui vuol dire risparmiare almeno 5 / 10 euro al giorno e su una vacanza di 2 settimane , be' .... fate 2 conti. Bravo Riccardo ( il proprietario ) Excellent structure, which fully respects what is described by the owner, functional, clean and well equipped, even the distances from the center and the sea reflect what is written, ideal for those who want a quiet place a stone's throw from the center and the nightlife of San Vito. Owner available, discreet and always ready for any advice. VERY IMPORTANT: the house has a private and shaded parking space, very useful in San Vito, having a parking space here means saving at least 5/10 euros per day and on a 2-week holiday, well .... do the math . Nel complesso è una casa accogliente e e ben fornita di tutti i comfort necessari, di bell'aspetto a pochissimi passi dal mare; proprietario simpaticissimo, molto alla mano e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza ed evenienza. Personalmente se dovessi tornare a San Vito in vacanza sarebbe nuovamente la mia scelta. Stayed mid-August period in this holiday home and I must say that I found myself really well. Overall it is a welcoming and well-equipped house with all the necessary comforts, good-looking just a few steps from the sea; very nice owner, very easy going and available for any need and eventuality. Personally if I were to return to San Vito on vacation it would be my choice again.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo a venirci a prendere alla fermata dell'autobus, disponibile h24 per ogni problema. La casa pulitissima, piccola, accogliente, dotata di un posto macchina e 3 biciclette (che a San vito sono il miglior modo per spostarsi) e altri comfort. L'unico " problema " che si è rotto il motorino dell'acqua, ma ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la prontezza del proprietario nell'aggiustarlo. Assolutamente consigliata, tornermo con piacere il prima possibile. I rented this apartment in San Vito with my friends during the mid-August period. What to say? The owner was very kind to pick us up at the bus stop, available 24 hours a day for any problem. The house is very clean, small, welcoming, equipped with a parking space and 3 bicycles (which in San Vito are the best way to get around) and other comforts. The only "problem" that the water motor broke, but I appreciated the availability and the readiness of the owner in fixing it. Absolutely recommended, we will be back with pleasure as soon as possible.
