La propriétaire Carmela est adorable et très sérieuse et attentionnée. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir et reviendrons sûrement en famille. Address very well located near many tourist sites. The apartment is in a new house, big, very neat and clean. The owner Carmela is lovely and very serious and attentive. We will keep a good memory and will surely come back with family.

Accoglienza fantastica di Carmela in grado di metterti a tuo agio da subito offrendo all'arrivo un ottimo caffe freddo.. Vacanza indimenticabile. C	Chiara Conf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcune tipologie diverse di appartamenti, molto puliti, e ben curati, Purtroppo essendo le altre camere occupate abbiamo soggiornato in 3 nel monolocale che con un ragazzino di 11 anni ci è risultato un po' piccolo ( perchè lui faceva confusione ), la stanza però ha tutto, piccolo cucinino con ampio frigo, dotata della stoviglieria minima indispensabile, bagno non piccolissimo con ampia doccia e lavatrice, armadio di discrete dimensioni, e wi-fi ben funzionante. Giardinetto con gazebo , aria condizionata/riscaldamento , ampio parcheggio interno gratuito, a fare contorno a tutto questo l'immensa gentilezza e disponibilità della Signora Carmela . Un posto che sicuramente diventerà sempre migliore. Vicinissimo al paese di Avola ed al mare. Some different types of apartments, very clean, and well cared for, Unfortunately, since the other rooms were occupied, we stayed 3 in the one-room apartment which, with an 11-year-old boy, turned out to be a bit small (because he was confused), but the room has everything, small kitchenette with large fridge, equipped with the minimum indispensable tableware, not very small bathroom with large shower and washing machine, decent size wardrobe, and well-functioning wi-fi. Garden with gazebo, air conditioning / heating, ample free internal parking, to make this immense kindness and availability of Mrs. Carmela. A place that will surely become better and better. Very close to the town of Avola and the sea.

Oltre alla bellezza indiscutibile dell’abitazione dotata, nel nostro caso, di ampio patio, siamo stati accolti sin dal primo momento come persone ‘di famiglia’. Un grazie particolare va alla signora Carmela e al marito Salvatore, oltre che alla dolcissima Carmen. La padrona di casa (Carmela) è anche un’ottima cuoca e ci ha deliziato con una pasta con aragoste pescate la stessa mattina da Salvatore (alleghiamo documentazione fotografica). Inoltre è possibile effettuare giri in barca, organizzati dalla famiglia, per scoprire scorci meravigliosi di questa splendida isola e fare stupendi bagni al largo. Sistemazione perfetta per visitare al meglio la costa est (Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, Vendicari, Noto, Portopalo,...) Che dire: ci torneremo di sicuro!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed with my fiance nine nights at Villa Dolmen. In addition to the indisputable beauty of the house equipped, in our case, with a large patio, we were welcomed from the first moment as 'family'. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Carmela and her husband Salvatore, as well as to the sweet Carmen. The hostess (Carmela) is also an excellent cook and delighted us with a pasta with lobsters caught the same morning by Salvatore (we enclose photographic documentation). It is also possible to take boat tours, organized by the family, to discover wonderful views of this beautiful island and take wonderful baths offshore. Perfect accommodation to better visit the east coast (Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, Vendicari, Noto, Portopalo, ...) What can I say: we will be back for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!!
A	Alberto Di Vita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciascuno ha il suo concetto di "vacanza perfetta": per noi questa casa lo è stata. La posizione è strategica, isolata al punto giusto (rumori della civiltà quasi nulli) però con tantissimo a portata di mano, un paio di km e si trovano supermercati, farmacie, pasticcerie, ristoranti etc... La casa (cucina spaziosa, camera da letto abbondante, cameretta piccola e bagno generoso di dimensioni) l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima, davvero accogliente, spaziosa, con patio e giardinetto davvero deliziosi. Acqua calda, TV in ogni stanza, cucina, frigo, microonde e wifi (non sempre performante però), phon, lavatrice e ferro da stiro: c'è tutto per vivere bene pochi giorni o anche qualche settimana. Noto e Ortigia vicinissimi, così come Cavagrande e Vendicari: posto logisticamente perfetto. Chi ci ha ospitato è stato davvero discreto e per nulla invadente. Insomma, nulla da dire, nessun problema, davvero ultra-consigliato. Each has his own concept of "perfect vacation": for us this house has been. The house (spacious kitchen, abundant bedroom, small bedroom and generously sized bathroom) we found it spotless, really cozy, spacious, with a really nice patio and garden. Hot water, TV in every room, kitchen, fridge, microwave and wifi (not always good though), hairdryer, washing machine and iron: there is everything to live well a few days or even a few weeks. Noto and Ortigia very close, as well as Cavagrande and Vendicari: logistically perfect place. Who hosted us was really discreet and not at all intrusive. In short, nothing to say, no problem, really ultra-recommended.

They like to cancel your stay few hours before arival or they offer you for any reason some other accomodation not even comparable to the one you ordered. Sincerely not recomended, try to avoid them
