La struttura si trova veramente a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Avola raggiungibile a piedi in 1 minuto. La macchina si può tranquillamente parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà. Consiglio vivamente di pernottare!!! Location clean, comfortable and cared for. The owners Annarella and Giuseppe are nice, friendly and very helpful. The property is really close to the beautiful beach of Avola which can be reached on foot in 1 minute. The car can easily be parked on the property. I highly recommend staying overnight !!!

L'auto può restare parcheggiata dentro alla proprietà perché nei dintorni ci sono bar e ristoranti. I proprietari disponibili e simpatici. Avola è comoda per molte escursioni giornaliere. Consiglio vivamente. The apartment is spacious (two bedrooms), comfortable and well equipped and above all a few steps from the beautiful beach of Avola. The car can remain parked inside the property because there are bars and restaurants nearby. Owners helpful and friendly. Avola is convenient for many day trips. I highly recommend.

L'appartamento é al primo piano ed è ottimamente attrezzato (cucina completa, aria condizionata, wi-fi, Tv, biancheria, lenzuola con cambio settimanale, phon, ferro da stiro, ecc.) due terrazze con vista mare, posto auto interno, ed ha posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalla bella spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata), dalla rotonda e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare. Nelle vicinanze bei locali di qualsiasi tipo (street food, gelaterie, pizzerie, ristoranti) Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, una bella e simpatica famiglia. We are a family of four and we stayed for 13 days in Avola. The apartment is on the first floor and is very well equipped (complete kitchen, air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, linen, sheets with weekly change, hair dryer, iron, etc.) two terraces with sea view, internal parking space, and has a convenient location just steps from the beautiful beach (both free and equipped), from the round and the promenade. Nearby beautiful premises of any kind (street food, ice cream shops, pizzerias, restaurants) Excellent hospitality and the availability of the owners, a beautiful and nice family.
