Paolo e la sua famiglia vi ospiteranno al meglio, con tutte le attenzioni che ogni viaggiatore può desiderare. Grandi spazi, piscina di acqua salata fantastica, vicinanza alla spiaggia, consigli giusti sulle attività da fare e i ristoranti in zona... all'insegna del relax e del tutto compreso. Se mai ricapiteremo da queste parti, di sicuro torneremo! If you are looking for a location to spend a pleasant holiday, an operational base to visit the entire Syracusan area, look no further. Paolo and his family will host you in the best way, with all the attention that every traveler could wish for. Large spaces, fantastic saltwater swimming pool, proximity to the beach, the right advice on activities to do and restaurants in the area ... relaxing and all inclusive. If we ever come back to these parts, we will be back for sure!

Appartamenti curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e arredati con gusto. Giardino spettacolare con palme e ulivi. Zona tranquillissima a 2 passi dal mare (cronometro alla mano 4 minuti a piedi). Paolo ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le indicazioni su cosa fare, cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Abita nella stessa struttura e quindi ogni dubbio/richiesta era sempre presente ma allo stesso tempo discreto. Persona piacevolissima con cui è stato molto bello scambiare 2 chiacchiere. Completa la struttura una bellissima piscina. Avola è il punto ideale per chi vuole vedere tutta la Val di Noto (da Ragusa a Siracusa). Tutto raggiungibile in meno di un'ora. Bellissima vacanza. We stayed at Villa Teocrito the first two weeks of August. Me my wife and 2 children aged 11 and 7. Apartments with attention to detail, clean and tastefully furnished. Spectacular garden with palm and olive trees. Quiet area 2 steps from the sea (stopwatch in hand 4 minutes on foot). Paolo welcomed us giving us all the information on what to do, what to see and where to eat. He lives in the same structure and therefore every doubt / request was always present but at the same time discreet. Very pleasant person with whom it was very nice to chat. A beautiful swimming pool completes the structure. Avola is the ideal point for those who want to see the whole Val di Noto (from Ragusa to Syracuse). All reachable in less than an hour. Great vacation.
M	Marco Di Dio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Apartment war sehr schön und sauber mit einer riesigen überdachten Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es waren genügend Liegestühle vorhanden. Der Vermieter Paolo ist sehr nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Er hilft den Gästen wo er kann ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche wunderschöne Strände und Städte zu entdecken. Ein Mietwagen ist daher von Vorteil. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Stadtstrand und einige Restaurants sind dagegen auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar . The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our apartment was very nice and clean with a huge covered terrace. Everything is there what you need. The pool was cleaned every day and there were enough sun loungers available. The landlord Paolo is very nice, polite and courteous. He helps the guests where he can without being intrusive. There are numerous beautiful beaches and cities to discover in the area. A rental car is therefore an advantage. Supermarkets and shops can be reached in a few minutes by rental car. The city beach and some restaurants, on the other hand, are very easy to reach on foot.
S	Spera Borg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avola is a nice place to stay. We travelled by the Catamaran and by car.The location was very good...close to the beach , close to the centre ..yet no noise to bother us. The villa was clean and comfortable. We found all we needed !!! I highly recommend it! MALTA
R	Ruth McNaughton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent one month in an apartment on the first floor of Villa Teocrito. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a large balcony and strong WiFi. Located in a quiet and friendly neigbourhood with lovely fresh sea air, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and all amenities. The hosts, Paolo and his family, were wonderful and always ready to help in any way. I can’t recommend Villa Teocrito highly enough.
