Posto molto accogliente e collocato in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta la costa siracusana e catanese. Ci tornerò molto volentieri. My husband and I had the honor of being the first guests of the brand new structure of Carmela, Corrado and Maria. Very welcoming place and placed in a strategic position to visit the whole coast of Syracuse and Catania. I will gladly return.

Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza lontano dal caos della città, con il mare a soli 10m. Ciao Carmela e Corrado e un bacio particolare ai vostri tre figliuoli. A presto. Brand new structure, very clean and managed by two very welcoming people, kind and helpful. We felt at home. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a holiday away from the chaos of the city, with the sea just 10m away. Hi Carmela and Corrado and a special kiss to your three children. See you soon.

The owner is kind but venal. Rooms in the standard. On the terrace a comfortable gazebo where you can have breakfast with a view of Marina di Avola.

Ogni mattina Corrado vi vizierà con cornetti freschi e granite spettacolari provenienti dalla migliore pasticceria di Avola. Il tutto servito a colazione da Maria sulla splendida terrazza vista mare, che si trova proprio davanti al B&B. Poi c’è Carmela, una vera Donna con la D maiuscola, che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale col suo sorriso e la sua dolcezza. Grazie ragazzi, per il cuore che mettete in ogni cosa e per averci fatto sentire come in famiglia!! Cecilia&Massimo Corrado begins to take care of you long before you arrive. The rooms are completely new with all the comforts one could wish for. Every morning Corrado will spoil you with fresh croissants and spectacular granitas from the best pastry shop in Avola. All served for breakfast at Maria's on the splendid terrace overlooking the sea, which is right in front of the B&B. Then there is Carmela, a real woman with a capital D, which makes her stay even more special with her smile and her sweetness. F	Fabio Licari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto mettere 10 stelle lo avrei fatto con tutto il cuore, ottima la location, rilassante alla vista al cuore e all'anima, ideale per coppie e famiglie, posto incantevole, come se tutto fosse racchiuso in quadro, non sto qui a elencare i particolari, un angolo di paradiso ad Avola, tutto incorniciato da una gestione ottimale, gentilezza, pulizia, cordialità, ogni dettaglio curato con attenzione, complimenti ai gentilissimi sempre sorridenti proprietari per aver creato qualcosa di inverosimile, e alla ragazza simpaticissima che ci assiste ad ogni colazione, anch'essa meravigliosa ricca di prodotti tipici siciliani, freschi, di qualità e buonissimi. Non so se può bastare, vale la pena visitare questo posto paradisiaco! Grazie per avere reso questa settimana un ricordo tra i più belli di questa estate 2020 consigliatissimissimo. Fabio e Sara. If I could have put 10 stars I would have done it wholeheartedly, the location is excellent, relaxing at the sight of the heart and soul, ideal for couples and families, lovely place, as if everything were enclosed in a picture, I'm not here to list the details, a corner of paradise in Avola, all framed by optimal management, kindness, cleanliness, cordiality, every detail taken care of with attention, congratulations to the very kind always smiling owners for having created something unlikely, and to the very nice girl who assists us to each breakfast, also wonderful, rich in typical Sicilian products, fresh, quality and delicious. I don't know if that's enough, it's worth visiting this heavenly place! Thank you for making this week one of the most beautiful memories of this summer 2020 highly recommended. Fabio and Sara.

I proprietari, Corrado e Carmela, sono stati super accoglienti e simpatici creando un ambiente familiare. Ci hanno indirizzati su posti da vedere e ottimi locali in cui mangiare. La struttura è molto curata ed estremamente pulita. Ottima la colazione. La casa è a 10 metri da un tratto di costa, facilmente accessibile a piedi (consiglio le scarpette da scogli). Qui le rocce hanno creato delle piscine naturali nelle quali è possibile nuotare lontano dal caos delle spiagge attrezzate. Stra consigliato! Marcella e Alessio. My husband and I stayed here the week of August. The owners, Corrado and Carmela, were super welcoming and friendly, creating a family atmosphere. They directed us to places to see and great places to eat. The structure is well kept and extremely clean. Excellent breakfast. The house is 10 meters from a stretch of coast, easily accessible on foot (I recommend the rock shoes). Here the rocks have created natural pools in which it is possible to swim away from the chaos of the equipped beaches. Stra recommended! Marcella and Alessio.

Il posto si trova in un luogo strategico fuori dal centro di Avola, contornato da un bellissimo giardino con parcheggio privato e custodito. La camera è recente e dotata dei principali confort. Il bagno è spazioso e curato. All'esterno sono a disposizione tavolo con sedie, lavandino e stendino. La colazione, servita sulla terrazza con vista mare, mette di buonumore! È molto fornita di croissant, frutta fresca, dolci fatti in casa e bevande. Una particolarità da non sottovalutare è la possibilità di scendere in una caletta isolata e poco frequentata, a pochi minuti a piedi. Consiglio a chiunque questo posto per la cordialità e disponibilità dei titolari! We had the pleasure of staying in the B&B of the very kind Corrado and Carmela. The place is located in a strategic place outside the center of Avola, surrounded by a beautiful garden with private and guarded parking. The room is recent and equipped with the main comforts. The bathroom is spacious and well-kept. Outside there is a table with chairs, sink and drying rack. Breakfast, served on the terrace overlooking the sea, puts you in a good mood! It is well stocked with croissants, fresh fruit, homemade cakes and drinks. A particularity that should not be underestimated is the possibility of going down to an isolated and uncrowded cove, just a few minutes' walk away. I recommend this place to anyone for the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners!
