Rude, rude, unavailable staff, if you ask for information you can't imagine the answer, they do this job only for the end-of-month pennies (salary) they don't have a shred of humanity, no one has done anything to change the situation, for years that there are so many problems and nothing works, then not to mention the staff of 118, incompetent.

Per il personale fatta qualche eccezione sono da licenziarli e dargli il reddito di cittadinanza , però sempre lavorando. (Mestieri manuali )..... Chiedendo a varie persone arrivo alla guardia medica, peccato che non c'è nessuno! La donna delle pulizie mi dice che andato a fare delle visite domiciliari... a voi risulta che la guardia medica lo può fare?? Sono dovuto andare all'ospedale di Noto, molto più professionali e seri. Ho avuto problemi anche con la prenotazione del vaccino, sul sito prenotabile solo a Noto oppure a Siracusa. Ma chiudetelo se non funziona niente!
