★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza oggi 12 gennaio 2021 ore 18è stata molto negativa mi sono sentita aggredita dall'arroganza di una delle due commesse ora mi spiego meglio. Ieri 11 gennaio ore 16 ho acquistato un completo di lenzuola matrimoniale di tessuto eccellente ed una coperta di pile e premetto che la commessa più giovane è stata veramente gentile contentissima dell'acquisto prima di fare il letto ho tolto il cartone che riportava la foto e la plastica di protezione e mi sono recata ai cassonetti del reciclo accorgendomi dopo che la coperta di pile perdeva pallini di pelo. Oggi molto umilmente con scontrino alla mano ho chiesto di poter effettuare il cambio e mi è stato detto che mancava l'involucro. Ho spiegato la situazione e testuali parole ' se mi dice che la coperta non le piace la cambio altrimenti se ribadisce che è difettosa no. Mi potete spiegare per favore se è diritto del commerciante non cambiare la merce oppure regolamentare il cambio? Inoltre tale commessa dall'alto della sua magnificenza decide di effettuare il cambio mi dice che il copripiumino matrimoniale è rimasto nel colore verde io rispondo che lo avrei preferito rosso e la risposta chiaramente da presa in giro è stata nel rosso le posso dare due singoli. Sicuramente in altro contesto magari due chiacchiere tra colleghe davanti ad un caffè ci poteva stare stile facciamola una risata ma davanti al cliente non è propriamente educato e professionale. Quindi la mia esperienza è più che negativa tanto da non considerare più un negozio per i miei acquisti ne tantomeno poterlo consigliare ai miei amici parenti e conoscenti... la pubblicità è l'anima del commercio.

Today very humbly with the receipt in hand I asked to be able to change and I was told that the wrapping was missing. I explained the situation and verbatim 'if you tell me that you don't like the blanket, I change it otherwise if you reiterate that it is faulty, no. Can you please explain to me whether it is the trader's right not to change the goods or to regulate the exchange? In addition, this order from the height of its magnificence decides to make the change tells me that the double duvet cover has remained in the green color I reply that I would have preferred it red and the answer clearly from teasing was in the red I can give you two singles. Surely in another context maybe a chat between colleagues in front of a coffee could have been in style let's have a laugh but in front of the customer he is not properly polite and professional. So my experience is more than negative, so much so that I no longer consider a shop for my purchases nor can I recommend it to my friends, relatives and acquaintances ... advertising is the soul of commerce.
