★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci è stato montato il mobile del bagno in maniera errata. Tanto da essere crollato il giorno stesso. Risultato? Dopo un anno, abbiamo ancora il mobile rotto sin dal primo giorno. L'idraulico, da loro consigliatoci per l'installazione e montaggio, avrebbe ordinato presso di loro un nuovo mobile, che abbiamo richiesto tramite avvocato. Lo aspettiamo da marzo. Poca serietà e professionalità.
The bathroom furniture was mounted incorrectly. So much that it collapsed on the same day. Result? After a year, we still have the furniture broken from the first day. The plumber, whom they recommended for installation and assembly, would order a new piece of furniture from them, which we requested through a lawyer. We have been waiting for him since March. Little seriousness and professionalism.
