★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto grande e accogliente ma se tenete al vostro portafoglio verificate bene le condizioni incoerenti dei contratti. Dopo 3 anni di abbonamento siamo stati trattati come se le cose c’è le regalassero niente comprensione nei nostri confronti durante il periodo covid, continuavano a chiamare mia madre per dare le informazioni mentre la titolare del contratto sono io, ci sono state proposte promozioni con un anno gratuito ma al verificare delle cose di gratuito non vi era nulla.
Due mesi di sospensione all’anno si ma valido solo per i primi due anni.
Sono davvero delusa da questo comportamenti, niente da dire sulla struttura ma dal personale davvero sono rimasta scioccata come se fosse un favore fare il proprio lavoro.
Very large and welcoming structure but if you care about your wallet, check the inconsistent conditions of the contracts. After 3 years of subscription we were treated as if things were giving her no understanding towards us during the covid period, they kept calling my mother to give the information while I am the owner of the contract, we were offered promotions with one year free but when checking the free things there was nothing.
Two months of suspension a year yes but valid only for the first two years.
I am really disappointed with this behavior, nothing to say about the structure but from the staff I was really shocked as if it were a favor to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. I've tried a class and I've been to the gym mostly after dropping my son at school. The parking is good and everything is clean. There is a spa area I havnt used yet and a nice big pool.
