I miei figli hanno chiesto se potevano portare dei giochi indietro per potersi comprare un altro gioco, il commesso non gli ha detto quanto li avrebbe valutati fino al momento in cui li ha presi indietro, dandogli 1 euro a gioco, li avrebbero tenuti se avessero saputo ... rinnovata la tessera, prima erano al terzo livello, ora al 1 livello, forse perchΓ© scaduta, sarΓ giusto, ma magari informare prima di fare...conclusione, i miei figli si sono sentiti presi in giro, il buono di 5 euro caricato sulla carta lo spenderanno sul sito online e non ci torneranno piΓΉ...peccato!
 Little professionalism, arrogant staff and little inclined to explanations.
