Le eventuali recensioni negative sono dovute a esperienze e considerazioni personali che non devono inficiare la struttura. Avrei dato 5 stelle ma ne do 4 perché non accettano tutte le carte di credito. In quanto utente, lo stesso deve poter pagare con ogni mezzo possibile. This morning I performed the Breath Test. Excellent service and excellent structure. Any negative reviews are due to personal experiences and considerations that should not affect the structure. I would have given 5 stars but I give 4 because they don't accept all credit cards. As a user, you must be able to pay by any means possible.

A	Alessandra Nembrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza in questa clinica è stata bellissima...ero nel reparto di chirurgia o fatto l'intervento dei calcoli della colecisti andato tutto benissimo .. ringrazio di vero cuore tutto lo staff della chirurgia a partire dal dottore Motterlini e il dottore Perrone l'anestesista il dottore Menin (persona molto spiritosa) e le infermiere del reparto molto molto pazienti e disponibili sono stati i miei Angeli... ringrazio ancora tutti My experience in this clinic was wonderful ... I was in the surgery department or had the gallbladder stone surgery went very well .. I sincerely thank all the surgery staff starting from doctor Motterlini and doctor Perrone l 'anesthetist doctor Menin (very funny person) and the nurses of the ward very very patient and helpful were my Angels ... thank you all again

Scendo pago mi dicono di sedermi subito li dietro. Arriva un altro dottore mi chiede cosa dovessi fare mi dice no non è qui vai li. Vado li arriva un'altra dottoressa e mi chiede la stessa cosa e mi dice che non era li. Arrivo forse alla sala d attesa corretta ma niente. Chiedo ad altri due e alla fine non era li ma da tutt'altra parte. Arrivo al posto giusto, e nulla questo ecografo nemmeno mi aveva in lista. Mi fa accomodare dopo 30 minuti di attesa, mi chiede perchè fossi li, SENZA MASCHERINA ( sbaglio o c'è il covid??) il dott. Lando mi fa uscire senza sapere se tutto ok. e nulla . ospedale ridicolo Bad experience ever again. He doesn't understand where the entrance is, where you pay the ticket, ask and they send you to your cup. I get off paying they tell me to sit right back there. Another doctor comes and asks me what I should do, he says no he's not here, go there. I go there another doctor arrives and asks me the same thing and tells me that she wasn't there. Maybe I get to the correct waiting room but nothing. I ask two others and in the end it wasn't there but somewhere else entirely. I get to the right place, and this ultrasound machine didn't even have me on the list. He makes me sit down after 30 minutes of waiting, he asks me why I was there, WITHOUT MASK (am I wrong or is there a covid?) Dr. Lando lets me out without knowing if everything is ok. It is nothing . ridiculous hospital

Il servizio ricevuto è stato PESSIMO, il dottor CAMOZZI LUCA non si è nemmeno degnato di guardarmi in faccia e continuava a rispondere alle mie domande con la frase: "deve parlare con la sua dottoressa di base ....." Io dico ..... se la dottoressa mi ha mandato a fare questo esame dovrebbe essere lo specialista a darmi qualche spiegazione .... e invece nulla! Ora andrò sicuramente dalla mia dottoressa e insieme cercheremo un medico più gentile e preparato! Mi ha liquidata velocemente dicendo che lui in una mattinata doveva fare 25 esami e non aveva tempo da perdere! Purtroppo questo è quanto mi è capitato ieri mattina presso la vs struttura! A	Appuntiegiudizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi rivolgo in questa casa di cura da molti anni per visite ed esami, qui ho trovato sempre ottimi medici e validissimo personale infermieristico, ambienti accoglienti e luminosi, puntualità e pulizia. Parcheggiare nei pressi della clinica non è cosi facile soprattutto in certi orari, ma comunque un posticino si trova sempre girando per le vie limitrofe con molta pazienza. Prendere un appuntamento al telefono è cosa difficile, io consiglio di inviare la richiesta via mail per essere ricontattati indicando una fascia oraria più comoda. Le signore della segreteria, a parte rare eccezioni, si mostrano spesso spavalde e inutilmente altezzose, qui io ho avuto sovente esperienze non piacevoli, dirette e indirette, quasi di disagio per i toni a volte usati ed il modo indisponente di porsi davanti all'utenza. Un responsabile attento e sufficientemente severo dovrebbe far tesoro di certe recensioni e fare di tanto in tanto il punto della situazione. Making an appointment on the phone is difficult, I recommend sending the request via email to be contacted indicating a more convenient time slot. The ladies of the secretariat, apart from rare exceptions, often show bold and unnecessarily haughty, here I have often had unpleasant experiences, direct and indirect, almost uncomfortable due to the tones sometimes used and the irritating way of putting themselves in front of the users . An attentive and sufficiently strict manager should treasure certain reviews and take stock of the situation from time to time.
