★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la tariffa pagata sia ben superiore ad altre case di sollievo di cui abbiamo usufruito, il servizio offerto é stato di gran lunga il peggiore. Il personale, medico e non, non mostra un minimo di passione e umanità nei confronti del paziente.
 Although the rate paid is much higher than other relief houses we have used, the service offered was by far the worst. The staff, doctor and not, does not show a minimum of passion and humanity towards the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro una struttura a quattro stelle si cela una specie di lager per anziani. In questa casa di riposo la legge 180 di Antonio Basaglia non è entrata mai in vigore.
Il personale è impreparato, ha una sola missione togliere dignità all’anziano ospite con cattiveria, mancanza di umanità e menefreghismo. La sconsiglio vivamente.
Inside a four-star structure there is a kind of concentration camp for the elderly. In this retirement home the law 180 of Antonio Basaglia never came into force.
The staff is unprepared, it has only one mission to remove dignity from the elderly guest with malice, lack of humanity and indifference. I strongly advise against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinque stelle per ringraziare tutto il personale, responsabili, operatori e volontari della residenza per aver accompagnato la nostra mamma in questi nove anni fino al suo ultimo giorno. Tutti indistintamente hanno fatto molto di più di quanto ci aspettavamo, non solo perché è il loro lavoro ma perché lo fanno con passione, cuore e dedizione. Non abbiamo trovato solo degli eccellenti professionisti ma delle grandi persone. Grazie ancora di tutto.
Five stars to thank all the staff, managers, operators and volunteers of the residence for accompanying our mother in these nine years until her last day. Everyone indiscriminately did much more than we expected, not only because it is their job but because they do it with passion, heart and dedication. We did not find only excellent professionals but great people. Thanks again for everything.

Mia nonna ha soggiornato lì per qualche tempo e tutto il personale e la Direzione sono stati gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e molto professionali. L'edificio è molto bello e pulito. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi sta cercando un luogo sereno e piacevole per i propri cari.
The experience at Casamia Verdello was excellent. My grandmother stayed there for some time and all the staff and management were very kind, extremely available and very professional. The building is beautiful and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and pleasant place for loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna stella !!! Sconsigliato !!! Chi non è morto di Covid (e sono tanti) , e' morto o sta morendo di solitudine !!!... I nostri cari li possiamo vedere solo quando escono nella bara .... È una vergogna !!!
No stars !!! Not recommended !!! Who has not died of Covid (and there are many), is dead or is dying of loneliness !!! ... We can only see our loved ones when they come out in the coffin .... It's a shame !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le segretarie non capiscono niente...ne salvo solo una (Bianca), credo sia l unica competente li dentro. Hanno rifiutato mia madre,ma secondo me ripeto, non hanno capito nulla. Meglio così xché parlando con una conoscente mi è andata bene.
The secretaries don't understand anything ... except one (Bianca), I think she is the only competent one in there. They rejected my mother, but I repeat, they didn't understand anything. Better this way because talking to an acquaintance went well with me.
