È presente l'assistente sociale e scarsi operatori socio sanitari. Non offre assistenza infermieristica e medica. Ideale per persone sole autosufficienti o con lieve moderata perdita dell'autosufficienza.
In caso di ricovero di un familiare in ospedale la cooperativa è poco fornita di personale per la dovuta assistenza, soprattutto se i familiari del domiciliato presso la struttura vivono fuori sede.
